It Has a Pulse

Hello to you, spacious void of nothingness. I'm back.

I've been drawn back to this blog by the need to talk about myself more while feeling like someone else might be reading (or maybe because someone mocked me for having a blog which hadn't been updated for more than a year). I somewhat feel the urge to throw some of the previous posts here through the metaphorical paper shredder before moving forward, but that seems like it would almost be dishonest, so I won't. Plus, there's some fairly sexy writing down there amidst all the bleh, and I wouldn't wanna purge that. ^_^

Anyway, I kind of liked the whole faux-artistic/stylistic theme I had going on, so I'll try to keep that up (and hopefully won't fail miserably while I'm at it). In that same vein, I'll attempt to keep most of the format of the blog intact while expanding upon the topics of one-sided discussion that I had the pleasure of enjoying previously.

Instead of simply expounding endlessly about personal melodrama, I'm aiming to touch upon a variety new subjects that have some form of impact in my life. Off the top, I'm thinking topics such as politics, music, movies, video games, networking, and the like will end up finding its way here. You never know, I might even get technical with some sort of coding technology that I'm working with or something, since I'm an undergrad Computer Science major (for the next month and a half, wewt) and all. And, well, I'm sure there will be some personal fluff posts will wind up in here too. Meh, can't be avoided, right? >_>

Now that that's out of the way, I have some black hair dye sludge which is currently destroying my scalp. It's starting to be irresistibly itchy, and I'll take that as a sign that I should do something about it. Shower time.
